Application for Special Queen and Nuc Permit

Under Section 12(1) of the Bees Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter B.6, "No beekeeper shall sell or remove or cause to be removed from the beekeeper's premises any bees or beekeeping equipment with a permit from an inspector stating that such bees or beekeeping equipment were inspected under conditions established by the Provincial Apiarist."
